《佛说阿弥陀经》是“华藏光明经典工程”最重要的作品，也是目前“ALCOO数码”制作规格和品质最高的一部动画电影。本片全长预计30分钟左右，采用三维＋二维的动画形式。 　　本片由已去世的著名影视明星陈晓旭等几位人士发心捐制，从2006年初启动，“ALCOO数码”根据影片的实际需要，将原计划采用FLASH制作的标准大幅度提升为三维动画，导致工作量翻倍，工期延长，同时受技术难度和资金制约，工作团队人才奇缺，工作进展较为缓慢。陈晓旭去世后，“ALCOO数码”在台湾诺那华藏精舍的再度资助下，完成了6分钟的样片，截至2011年元旦，已完成了10分钟影片。后续制作正在进行中，预计2011年完成上线播放。
